2021: Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC (PRA) v Client in the 61st District Court in Grand Rapids, Kent County. PRA sued our client in District Court and obtained a $10,800 Judgment against our client. Client came to us for help and to negotiate with Weber & Olcese, the law firm that obtained the Judgment for PRA. Within weeks, we got 60% of the debt eliminated and client now pays a much more manageable amount on a debt he owes. We got the Judgment set aside and case dismissed.
