Client was wrongfully sued on a JH Portfolio Debt Equities, LLC debt for $3,129.62 from Comenity Bank by JHCX and their law firm, Shermeta Law Group for a debt JHCX had no proof our client owed. We Answered and Counter Sued. We got the case dismissed , the $3,129.63 debt eliminated, and it will come off the client's credit report and their FICO scores will go way up with the elimination of a Collection Account.
