The best way you can help your attorney and your case is to have all of your ducks in a row. Make sure you have ordered all of your credit reports. You have copies of the letter that you disputed the debts that you want removed and that you have the green cards that came back showing that the credit bureau agencies and the collection agencies signed in for your letters so they can't wiggle out of it saying they didn't hear from you. Present all of that information to your attorney. He or she should be able to tell you whether you have a good case or not based on the little bit of work that you've done beforehand.
