2022: UHG LLC v Client in the 21st District Court in City of Taylor, Wayne County. Client was wrongfully sued for over $23,000 for a Lending Clumb debt by UHG their law firm, Weltman Weinberg. Plaintiff could not prove the client owed the amount requested. UHG lacked any proper proof of ownership of the debt by UHG or Weltman Weinberg. UHG played hardball and fought us through discovery. They ended up settling and paying the law firm's attorney fees and costs because of the unnecessary fight on an ID Theft case. We got the case dismissed, the debt eliminated, and it will come off the client's credit report and their FICO scores will go way up with the elimination of a Collection Account.
