2021: Crown Asset Management, LLC v Client in the 67-4th District Court in Grand Blanc, Genesee County. Crown Asset sued our client in District Court and obtained a $4,800 Judgment against our client on an old Synchrony Bank debt. Client came to us for help and to negotiate with Stillman Law Office, the law firm that obtained the Judgment for Crown Asset Management, LLC. Within days, we got 90% of the debt eliminated and client now pays basically nothing on a debt he may have owed, just not to Crown Asset. We got the Judgment set aside and case dismissed. With the Judgment eliminated, it will come off the client's credit report and their FICO scores will go way up with the elimination of a Collection Account. Very happy Client. DEBT ELIMINATED

2021: Crown Asset Management, LLC v Client in the 46th District Court in Southfield, Oakland County. Crown Asset sued our client in District Court on an old Comenity Capital Bank debt totaling over $9,800. Crown Asset was represented by Rausch, Sturm law firm out of Wisconsin but based in Bingham Farms, near Southfield. We counter sued and negotiated a package with the law firm that got all $9,800 eliminated. They also paid money damages and our client's small retainer was returned to her. 2020: Crown Asset Management, LLC v Client in the 67-5th District Court in Genesee County. Crown Asset sued our client in District Court on an old debt totaling around $3,000. Crown Asset was represented by Stenger & Stenger, P.C. My client disputed he owed the debt. The complaint had little evidence that Crown Asset owned the debt. We sued Crown Asset. Crown Asset and their law firm, Stenger & Stenger, P.C. backed off and we then negotiated a deal that eliminated the debt and got the case dismissed within days of our being hired. We also got his retainer paid back to him. Really happy Client. DEBT ELIMINATED
