2021: UHG I, LLC (UHG) v Client in the 47th District Court in Farmington Hills, Oakland County. UHG and Weltman Weinberg sued our client in District Court claiming UHG owned an old Lending Club and WebBank debt they could not prove title to. Within weeks, we got the case dismissed, the debt eliminated, and it will come off the client's credit report and their FICO scores will go way up with the elimination of a Collection Account. 2021: Palisades Collection, LLC v Client in the 52-1 District Court in Novi, Oakland County. 2020: Our client and his wife found that they had several debts on their credit reports that were as a result of ID Theft. We sued Equifax, Experian and Trans Union and the companies that placed the debts on their credit reports in a Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) case. We quickly settled everything for them resulting in a removal of all the debts from their credit reports, money damages to the clients along with their attorney fees and costs paid. Jefferson Capital and Berndt, Beach & Associates, P.C. sued our client in District Court on an old DTE debt. Jeff Cap and Berndt, Beach claimed our client owed over $2800. We filed an Answer and Counter Claim. We negotiated a package that eliminated the case and the debt within weeks of our being hired. 2020: LVNV Funding, LLC v Client in the 90th District Court in Charlevoix County. LVNV sued our client in District Court on an old Citibank debt totaling over $16,000. LVNV and Stenger & Stenger took the case up to a Pre-Trial. We negotiated a package that got all $16,000 eliminated (gone!) within weeks our being hired. 2021: LVNV Funding, LLC v Client in the 31st District Court in Hamtramck, Wayne County. Client was wrongfully sued for a Credit One Bank debt LVNV and their law firm, Stenger & Stenger, PC could not prove the client owed to LVNV. The lawsuit had no exhibits and could not show any ownership of the debt by LVNV. Within weeks of hiring us, client received an elimination of the debt, dismissal of the case and a cleaned-up credit report. Very happy Client. DEBT ELIMINATED

2021: Crown Asset Management, LLC (Crown Asset) v Client in the 35th District Court in Plymouth, Wayne County. Client was wrongfully sued for a Web Bank debt by Crown Asset and their law firm, Stillman Law Offices for a debt Crown Asset had no proof our client owed. We quickly got the case dismissed, the debt eliminated, and it will come off the client's credit report and their FICO scores will go way up with the elimination of a Collection Account.
